Jim Yale currently serves as Vice President, Educator Programs & Partnerships for The Horace Mann Companies.  He has been with Horace Mann, a company founded by educators for educators, for over 36 years.  

For roughly 21 years, Jim has worked with over 100 national, state, and local educational associations, as well as serving hundreds of schools, providing educational workshops and other programs designed to help educational employees and employers deal with their unique financial challenges.  Jim manages the company’s Student Loan Solutions team, which has put educators on the path to over $350 million in student loan forgiveness, and he manages the company’s partnership with DonorsChoose.org, a partnership which has donated more than $5 million to school projects on the website. 

Jim has a bachelor's degree in Communications, and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois, Springfield.
