Lexi Algrim is a Student Support Facilitator at Harvard Junior High School in Harvard, Illinois.  She serves in a unique role that allows her to gain administrative experience, while continuing to utilize her passion and skills in social work.  Lexi has always considered a future in administration, and her current role solidified that for her.  She began her second graduate program in the Fall of 2020 to obtain her principal endorsement.
