Brian Schwartz is the Deputy Director and General Counsel to the Illinois Principals Association and has practiced school law for over 22 years. He is the author of three books, including “Illinois Law in the School Office” and “Finding Middle Ground in K-12 Education.” Brian is the past chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Education Law Council and has served on the Board of Directors of the Education Law Association. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois at Springfield.
